aller and the near future -> le verbe aller et le futur proche

aller means “to go”

 je vais                 nous allons

tu vas                  vous allez

il/elle va              ils/elles vont

le futur proche = the near future

conjugation of aller + infinitive = going to/near future

“I’m going to dance” “Je vais danser!”
